College of Relationships & Attachment
Where attachment patterns evolve into emotional maturity and secure connections.Â
The College of Relationships & Attachment
Â
The College of Relationships & Attachment is where the patterns you’ve lived in for years finally start to make sense. This space is designed for women who show up deeply in relationships but often feel unseen, overlooked, or emotionally tired, women who love hard but struggle to feel safe, chosen, or secure in relationships.
Relationship patterns rarely come out of nowhere. They come from the emotional blueprint formed long before adulthood. When love was inconsistent, you learned to cling. When emotions felt overwhelming, you learned to pull away. When affection was unpredictable, you learned to overgive. When the connection felt unsafe, you learned to stay guarded. These are not flaws; they are survival strategies your nervous system created to protect you.Â
Inside this college, you’ll learn why unhealthy (familiar) love often feels safer than healthy love. Why emotionally unavailable partners feel magnetic, why boundaries feel guilty or “mean,” and why vulnerability feels risky even when you want closeness.
We gently explore how attachment styles, such as anxious and avoidant, fear, or insecurity, shape our relational DNA and how they influence the way you connect, communicate, and choose partners. More importantly, we teach you how to shift these patterns from survival-driven to a secure, healthy, aligned state.
